The Town & Country Flannel collection is inspired by vintage station wagons - my ideal dream ride. Think of this collection as the flannel blanket thrown in the back hatch - left to grab during those autumn and winter times when the bench seat is so cold the Naugahyde crackles under your bottom. This particular color way is inspired by the Ford Country Squire & Ford Woody.
The Squire plaid 100% cotton flannel outer with blaze orange, aqua blue, true red, and grass green mixed with a black weave - muting the tones as the black weaves throughout the color family.
The Woody herringbone 100% cotton flannel outer with walnut herringbone interwoven with a cognac/baked pumpkin pie spice color.
The Squire/Woody flannel fabric "CoCo" bow is a 4-inch wide hair bow with contrasting tails. Tip to tip, the bow is also 4 inches long.
The CoCo bow is named after my youngest daughter, Cosmos. Among her many nicknames, CoCo is our main nickname for her. I chose this style to be the CoCo bow because it's sweet with some sass and has definite old-school charm.
The bow has multiple backing options: pin only backing (attach it to bonnets, lapels, coats), hair clip backing, pin/hair clip backing combination, or nylon headband attached (a soft, very stretching yet stable nylon - great for babies and toddlers who don't have enough hair to allow the clip to adhere to the hair clip backing).
When choosing bow orientation for the hair clip backing, the option is on side of the wearer's right or left. For instance, if your child has long bangs that swoop to the left as you look at her, choose the "wearer's right" side orientation.
